FUNDAMENTAL RIGHTS
The Constitution of India provides a few Fundamental Rights to all the
citizens of the country. According to the Constitution, every citizen has
certain rights, known as the Fundamental Rights of a citizen, and the
Constitution guarantees every citizen of these rights. Articles 12 to 35
contained in Part III of the Constitution deal with the Fundamental Rights. The
Fundamental Rights are as follow:

>>Right to freedom

>>Right against exploitation

>>Right to freedom of religion
·
>>Cultural and educational rights
·
>>Right to constitutional remedies
·
>>Right to express our opinion
The government or any civic body cannot refuse these rights to the
people. There are courts to protect our fundamental rights.
